If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, we will store your data for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions for as long as required by the statutory storage obligation of the tax office. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

We would like to inform you below about the processing of your personal data in connection with booking with us.

- Purpose of data processing and legal basis

We process your personal data to fulfill the accommodation contract. The provision of your data is voluntary, but without the provision the contract cannot be concluded.

 

- Transmission of your data

Your data will be treated by us with the utmost care. A transmission of your data only takes place as far as it is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations (transmission to the tax office, municipality regarding guestbook) to maintain the electronic services (IT provider) is necessary.

- Duration of data storage

Your data will be stored by us only as long and to the extent as necessary for the purpose according to point 1 or until the expiry of the statutory storage obligations or limitation periods.

 

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on the end devices until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases.

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a and f of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized. User data is stored for the duration of the legal retention obligation according to the Austrian tax office.
