Our General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
In our self-catering apartments the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der Hotellerie (AGBH 2006) apply.

Reservation
When a reservation (accommodation contract) is made, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments of November 15, 2006 are considered agreed. Should the prices in the booking confirmation differ, the listed prices according to the offer always apply.

Prices:
All prices quoted for vacation apartments are in euros. Services not used will not be refunded.
Taxes and fees included in the total price:
- 10% VAT.
- Electricity/heating costs etc.
- Wlan

Additional costs:
One off cleaning fee per booking: 95€
Local tax per person (applies from age 15+) per day: 1,60€

Cancellation policy Apartmenthaus Forst Kienberg
Cancellations are only valid in written form. The provisions of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
- In the last week before the arrival date the cancellation fee is 90% of the total arrangement price.
- One month to one week before the arrival date the cancellation fee is 70% of the total arrangement price.
- Between 3 months and one month before the arrival date the cancellation fee is 40% of the total arrangement price.
- No cancellation fee until 3 months from arrival day.
Modification of the cancellation conditions in your favor
To avoid cancellations at short notice due to weather conditions, snow conditions, etc., we have adjusted the cancellation conditions as follows (now no cancellation without reason is possible, only Covid19-related):
The following legal conditions allow a cancellation at short notice and free of charge.
- In case of an official border or hotel closure or a lockdown you can of course cancel at short notice and free of charge.
- If your home country issues a travel warning for our region, you can cancel your trip free of charge.
- In addition, a free cancellation is possible up to 48 h hours or 7 days before arrival for the following reasons, depending on the agreement:
- If the vacation stay would entail quarantine after the return home for at least 3 days.
- If a guest has taken a Covid test due to suspicious circumstances and the result is positive or pending.
- If a guest must take care of a family member from their household who is sick with Covid-19.
- If a guest has been listed as a contact person and must go into quarantine.

Booking/Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required for your booking. A booking is fixed when the deposit is received on our account. The rest of the total amount is then due before departure. The payment is made via link by push payment.

Arrival and departure
The occupation of the apartments is possible on the day of arrival from 15.00 clock. The release of the apartment must be done on the day of departure until 10:00 am.

Agency contract with the tour operator
Booking.com, Mostviertel Tourismus, etc. gives you the opportunity to book (travel) services of third parties via the respective system. The tour operators do not offer any travel services on their own responsibility. Therefore, by booking, only an intermediary contract is concluded between you and the respective tour operator, to which the provisions of §§ 31b ff. KschG (tour operator contract) do not apply.
